I am relying on latex sheets by 4D Rubber - Supatex. It is beautifully soft and matte on the inner side. One can choose from 72 colors in its basic 0.35mm thickness. See below for a gallery showing how the colors look on sheet vs. on the final clothing. At least for those colors I have used :)
